Love the panel! Visit daily to get new info & tips. Staying at POFQ, planning breakfast at Chef Mickey's. We aren't normally early morning people, so considering a taxi. Do you have an idea of what cost would be & how much time it will save? Thx so

    Hi Melissa!

Chef Mickey's is one of my favorite places in Walt Disney World to eat breakfast at!  I typically use a taxi one or two times during my Walt Disney World vacations.  A taxi from Port Orleans French Quarter to the Contemporary Resort typically costs less than $20.00 including tip.  It will take around 10 to 15 minutes for this particular trip if you are using a taxi.  If you were to use Disney transportation, it would typically take 30 to 45 minutes for this same trip, so you definitely will save time by taking a taxi.  After your breakfast you could take the Monorail or walk to the Magic Kingdom to either spend the day in the Magic Kingdom or take a Disney bus back to Port Orleans French Quarter.

I hope that your next vacation to Walt Disney World is filled with magic and memories!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
