    Hi Moms, love this panel. It is so useful. If I make a Pirates & Pals Cruise reservation and have dinner reservations at Whispering Canyon Cafe, will I be able to take the monorail from the Polynesian to the Contemporary? Going in Feb 2013. Thanks!

    Hi Diane,

    You are gonna have a rootin' tootin' good time at Whispering Canyon Cafe at Disney's Wilderness Lodge!  **Be sure to ask for "more ketchup" and you may be in for a funny surprise!**

    I would take the water launch that runs between the Wilderness Lodge and the Contemporary Resort.  It's a nice, relaxing boat ride across Bay Lake and only takes a few minutes!  When you arrive at the Contemporary Marina, you'll want to head inside, and upstairs to the to the second level, where the guests gather before the Pirates and Pals Cruise!

    Unless you were planning to visit the Polynesian in between, there is no reason to stop there since the water launch will transport you directly from Wilderness Lodge to the Contemporary!   If you will be traveling from the Polynesian, you can certainly hop aboard the monorail.  You will want to disembark at the 3rd stop, Disney's Contemporary!
