Hi! Love the panel. We are trying to plan a family vacation for January '08. We will be staying in our Rv at Fort Wilderness. Would January be a good time of year and can you suggest a good week to come that is less crowded?

    Hi Lesa,

January is a great time to visit WDW!  Smaller crowds and no scorching summer heat!

However, there are a few small drawbacks to a January visit.  WDW does hold a marathon on January 8-11, 2009; so the crowds may be a bit more over those dates.  Also, the water parks may be closed for refurbishment during this time.

If you'd like to consider some other weeks, WDW has actually identified some great times to visit - just click here to see those dates.  Personally, if I could pick the perfect time to visit it would be the first few weeks of December when WDW is even more magical with the smaller crowds and the incredible holiday decorations and events.
