    Love the panel! Traveling with DH, DD5 and DS10 staying at Disney 5/31-6/2 Will not be visiting parks this time plan is to hang out at resort and visit Downtown Disney. Stayed at Pop in past thinking of moderate this time Any recommendations? Thanks

    Hi Debra!  I think in your situation, I would recommend Port Orleans Riverside or Port Orleans French Quarters.  The reason is, if you plan on spending time in Downtown Disney, both of these resorts offer convenient boat transportation down the Sassagoula River to Downtown Disney.  As far as which resort to choose between the two, it comes down to preference.  They are both located adjacent to each other.  The French Quarter is a smaller resort whereas Riverside is more spread out.  Our family prefers Riverside - my children enjoy the main pool area at Riverside better which may be a factor in your decision if you are spending a lot of time at the resort. 

    If you decide to select one of these resorts, please put the River Roost Lounge on your must-do list.  The entertainment provided by Yehaa Bob makes for a FUN evening.
