Love the Panel. Have tickets for MVMCP on 12/18. ADR for CP at 4.50 and the Wishes Dessert Party aswell. Is this too much? Will we miss too much of the VMCP. If yes, what should I cancel. Thank you so much for all your help.

    Hi Angela,

All of these are great activities that make a Disney vacation extra magical, BUT I do think that trying to fit them all into one evening is too much.  As far as which one to take out, that's a tough decision.  If it were me, I think I would eliminate the Dessert party. (It pains me to say that - I love dessert!)

The actual party starts at 7:00.  This will give you plenty of time beforehand to enjoy dinner and meet all of the characters.  There are quite a few dessert options at this restaurant, and while they aren't as fancy as those served at the Dessert Party, they are still quite tasty.

The crowds are small enough at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party that you should be able to find a great viewing spot for Wishes.  Remember, the second parade is usually less crowded than the first, so you may want to enjoy some attractions or other activities during the first parade.

Wishes Dessert Party is definitely an activity you'll want to add to your next visit to Walt Disney World.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
