Love the panel thnx 4all the Q u already gave Do we (4) need to make dining reservations 4all the restaurants? we booked 4 Rtable and Cpalace with Char We just do not want 2 have a full sced. and want to decide when we come in august But also want 2eat?!

    Hi Roy,

Due to the popularity of Disney's amazing restaurants, Advanced Dining Reservations are strongly recommended. August is a busy time in the Parks, and the likelihood of being able to walk-up and be seated at a Table Service restaurant is unlikely. Granted, there are times when people cancel, but for the most part you will wish that you had a reservation.

I can understand why you want to have your schedule open, I like flexibility as well. We always reserve one table service meal per day, and leave the rest of the day open. This way we know that we will be able to sit down to relax and have a table service meal together, but we leave Quick Service open to our moods. We decide that day where we feel like eating lunch, for example.

I recommend that you reserve your sit-down meals in advance, you won't be sorry that you did. However, you might regret not doing it.

Hope this helps and enjoy your vacation,
