Hi Love the panel! We are thinking about CSR for the last week of March and into April because of spring Break. If it doesn't come up as a booking option does that mean it's full already? Will there be cancellations? How far out do most people book?

    Hi Tammy,

How frustrating!  After all the research we do to decide where to stay, there is nothing worse than your preferred resort not being available, and you're back to square one.

You have picked a very popular time to visit, and with Easter falling on April 4, 2010 you can expect that crowd levels will be high.  Often times I've heard of guests booking their vacations up to a year in advance, especially when traveling at a peak or holiday time.

Coronado Springs Resort is also a convention resort, so often times a large convention can have a significant impact on availability.

I suggest that you try modifying your dates by a day or two and see if anything at Coronado Springs pops up as available.  You could always spend one night at another Disney resort, or even split your stay between resorts.

Cancellations do happen, but often don't happen until 30 days out and simply can't be counted on.  I would find alternate dates or an alternate resort to secure a room now, and then keep checking back and modify your reservation should your preferred resort become available.

Sorry I don't have better news for you, good luck!
