    Love the panel! Q: Staying at WL. Last trip we took the boat to the Contemporary for quick dinner @ Contempo Cafe. Is there a similar restaurant at GF where we can do the same (without reservations)? Would love to check out the hotel & gift shop!

    Hi, Kaitlyn!    We love hotel hopping!   It is a great chance to check out other resorts, do some shopping, and grab a bite to eat!

    You will be happy to know that you can visit the Gasparilla Grill at the Grand Floridian.   This is a quick service location which means no reservations.   We like to get our food and sit outside to eat.   There is a nice view of Cinderella Castle and the marina from here.  (Just thinking about it makes me happy - we love this location!)  While at the Grand Floridian, make sure to see the lobby.   It is so beautiful and relaxing!   

    You can also do a similar visit at the Polynesian and go to Captain Cook's.   Great outdoor seating by the Volcano Pool, then head to the beach for an amazing view of the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom.

    There is so much to do outside the theme parks at WDW - enjoy exploring!

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home.
