Love the panel! Staying at POR have reservations at 1010am for Cape May Café, how do we get there and what time do we leave by? Thanks

    Hi again Krista,

I'm happy to help with you dining and transportation questions. Walt Disney World dining is one of my favorite activities!

Walt Disney World transportation does not run directly from resort to resort for the most part. The easiest way to get to the Beach Club resort from Port Orleans Riverside is to take the bus to Disney's Hollywood Studios, then either walk or take the boat to the Beach Club.

I can tell you that my family always opts to walk rather than use the boat. It only takes 15 to 20 minutes, depending on your pace, and we find it faster than the boat, which stops first at the Swan and Dolphin resort dock.

I would allow about an hour. Your other option, though it is not free, would be to take a cab. We sometimes find that is the easiest way to get from resort to resort for dining. The fare would be less than $20, including tip, and you would be there in just a few minutes. We tend to use a cab once during each visit for dining.

Thanks for your questions. We are always happy to help. Enjoy!
