Love the panel. Staying at Pop Oct 2nd-10th. We have a 7am reservation at Chef Mickey's on Friday the 4th. Will disney transportation be running that early or will we need to drive? If it is, can you tell me what the process will be like. Thanks

Hi David! Congratulations on snagging one of the tough Chef Mickey dining reservations for your upcoming vacation. This is one of my favorite character dining experiences on property.

Since you have such an early time I strongly suggest you use your own vehicle or use a taxi that morning. Disney does offer an early morning bus for early dining times and they usually begin around 6:30am. However, since you have the first reservation time of the day this could be stressful when waiting on a bus. The cost of a taxi would be less then $20 and you can call them direct or have a cast member at your resort call. Many times there will be one waiting but I never like to depend on that. The trip would take about 15 minutes so try to be down waiting around 6:30am.

If you wish to call direct the taxi number is 407-422-2222. This is for the Yellow Cab company and they are the only ones authorized on property.

If you choose to drive on your own you will likely need to tell the Guard at the Contemporary Gate that you are there for Chef Mickey. It is always good to have your reservation number with you. From there you can park on your own for a two hour stay or use the valet service which allows you a longer stay.

When you check into the Pop Century Resort check with the concierge for the latest updates for early morning dining reservation buses.
