Love this panel! Would like to stay at a hotel within walking distance to one of the theme parks. I know about BC/Epcot, what others?

It is fun and also easy to be able to walk to one of the theme parks from your resort.  The Yacht Club Resort, the Beach Club Resort, and the Boardwalk Resort all offer you the choice of taking the water taxi to EPCOT or walking a short distance to the International Gateway entrance to the park.  From these resorts you may also take an approximately one mile walk on a path along the water to Disney's Hollywood Studios.  This is especially enjoyable when it is cooler in the morning. I like to walk to the park in the morning and then take the water taxi back to the resort after spending a day on my feet. Keep in mind the Swan and Dolphin Resorts are also in this area so you are able to walk to the two parks from these hotels as well. The other Disney resort where you have the opportunity to walk to a park is the Contemporary Resort.  It is a short trek to the Magic Kingdom and since you have to do the full round of stops on the monorail before exiting at the Magic Kingdom I find this a great way to save time.
