Hi, love this panel! We'll stay at Bay Lake Tower standard studio for our first visit soon (excited!!!) Can you please recommend the best room location for quiet/easy access to MK& Monorail? What's the highest floor standardStudios are located? Than

    Hello, Jessica!

You are absolutely going to love Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort! It's one of my favorites!

You won't have to worry about easy access to Magic Kingdom or to the monorail. The walk on the breezeway, from the 5th floor of BLT (which leads Guests to the 4th floor of the Contemporary) takes only a matter of a few minutes. Should you wish to walk to Magic Kingdom Park, however, simply head down to the first floor of BLT, out the lobby doors and follow the walkway to the right; this will lead you to a very simple, easy 5-10 minute walk to the gates of the most magical place on Earth!

I suggest that you ask for a room which is closest to the breezeway for maximum efficiency to MK, too. This will give you a very easy walk to the monorail. Proximity to the lobby, too, will gain you easy access to the path to MK.

Be sure to enjoy your view of Wishes while you're there! We watched the fireworks from the elevator area near our room on our most recent trip; the large windows allowed us to see all of the show, without even leaving our floor! Of course, Many BLT and Contemporary Guests watch Wishes from the outdoor platform on the 4th floor of the Contemporary, where the breezeway from the Contemporary leads to BLT. It's another great place to take in the special features of this very special resort! Enjoy!

Be sure to send additional questions as you think of them! I'd love to help!
