Love the panel! We have reservations to stay at the ASM with base tickets and CS meal plan. We can afford one upgrade: hopper tickets, moderate resort or full meal plan. Which would you suggest would be the best for our money? Arriving late may.

    Hi Brandi,

Decisions, decisions...this is a tough one!  It's hard to give an opinion on what you should do, simply because I don't know how big your party is and if there are children involved.  Often times I think kids ages can have a big impact on decision making.

I can certainly tell you what I would do though...I would upgrade to a moderate resort.  I know my family can amuse themselves with only one park per day, so I'd pass on the hoppers...and we are not huge fans of big sit-down meals while at Disney, so I'd skip the dining plan too.  That leaves the resort upgrade, which will give us the added value of the upgraded pool with slides (this is just as good as a water park for my kids), and the theming is really kicked up a notch at the moderates.  Just in case you're curious, Coronado Springs Resort is my favorite.

Another think to check out is the current free dining offer, maybe you can pay for your upgrade to a moderate, and add the dining on for free!  You can see more regarding this offer HERE, the example is for a five night stay, but stays as least three nights are included in this offer.

    I hope this helps!
