Love this panel :-) Have reserv. at CM 4/13/09 at 10:15am with DH & DS5. What park would be better to tour after based on time- Epcot or AK? What is easiest/quickest route to get to that park? Thanks for your advice!

Hi Lisa.   Glad you enjoy the panel!    Given both your breakfast time (10:15 am) and location (Chef Mickey), I would recommendation visiting Epcot afterwards.

To fully enjoy your meal, you can expect not to begin traveling to your park of choice until close to 11:30.    Therefore, you need to consider which park will provide you the most time to enjoy and would offer more reasonable crowds.    While Animal Kingdom is open to 7:00 and offers Evening Extra Magic Hours that day, I find these evenings draw large crowds starting in the afternoon and I prefer to spend these days at another park.   Epcot is open until 9:00 and would provide you many hours to explore.

The other reason why Epcot may be a good choice is that it may be slightly quicker to get to.   From the Contemporary, you would take the short Monorail ride to the Transportation and Ticket Center and transfer to the Epcot Monorail.   This should take no more than 20 minutes or so.   If you choose ultimately, however, to visit Animal Kingdom, your best transportation option is to take the bus at the Contemporary directly to that park (a bit longer of a commute).

    Hope this helps!
