Love the panel read everyday Thanks for all the great tips. Planning a WDW trip in August. What resturaunt would be better? Have have 2 boys 12 and 9 one daughter 8. Can't decide on ohana or tusker house breakfast. Any suggestions

    Hi Christina,

Both of those character breakfasts are great, so I can see why you are having a difficult time choosing!

Basically, you should ask yourself two things:  which park are we going to visit that day, and which characters do I want to see?

The 'Ohana character breakfast features Lilo and Stitch as well as Mickey and Pluto.  Food is served family style, so the variety is more limited than the buffet at Tusker House.  This restaurant is a perfect way to start your day if you are planning on visiting the Magic Kingdom or Epcot since the monorail provides quick transportation to both of these parks.

Breakfast at Tusker House is one of my favorite ways to start a day in the Animal Kingdom.  Although the characters can change, Donald, Daisy, Mickey and Goofy are often the featured characters.  The food is delicious and there is a wide variety.  It is one of our family's favorite character meals.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
