    I love your panel. If you purchased a souveneir from a disney park and needed to return it, can you do so at downtown disney or do you need to go back to that park? I am afraid of the kids making a purchase and changing their mind. Thanks

    Thank you! We at the Panel love helping Guests so we appreciate your kind words! Ah, the dreaded impulse purchase!! We've all been there. I suggest that you and the kids choose wisely. Depending on the store/park/venue, returns would most likely need to be done at the point of purchase. Many of the shopping areas (ie parks versus Downtown Disney) operate as separate profit centers and carry different merchandise and/or may be unable to accept your return. Yet, some items are carried within all parks AND Downtown Disney...SO, this all adds up to a giant, "It depends." I know is not a definitive answer, but that's because it really does depend on the item and its availability throughout the Walt Disney World Resort.
    I hope this helps a bit, and when in doubt, just ask about "returns" at the cash register during check-out. That will eliminate any confusion.
