    Love the Panel. I am the planner for our GG and have been looking on the Website and only finding rooms. I was more interested in ordering a planning dvd specifically for our grand gathering. Since the changes, I can't find it. We are a party of about 50.

    Your best bet is to begin by calling a Magical Gatherings Travel Planner. You can ask them to mail you a DVD. They will help you coordinate accommodations, as well as make your reservations for dining, recreation and special experiences. In addition, you may also choose to book one of the Grand Gathering Experiences. These are unique dining and entertainment experiences that can be booked up to 180 days in advance and include the Safari Celebration Dinner, Good Morning Gathering or the International Dinner and IllumiNations Dessert Reception.
