    Hi Moms Love the panel! We are going to the MNSSHP on 10/31 and my mum was kind enough to buy myself and my partner tickets On the ticket it says my name as the pick up name but it also says the card holder, my mum back in UK, needs to pick them up? Thanks

    When selecting Will Call in the Delivery Options, it does indeed state that the credit card holder may pick up the tickets at any ticket sales location at a Walt Disney World Theme Park.

    I myself have collected tickets for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party from Will Call during previous visits without any problem but have always paid for the tickets on my own card.

    When purchasing Special Events tickets from the UK, I would always recommend the Disney eTicket option which means that your tickets are immediately available and can be printed on your computer.

    In this situation, I would suggest that you contact Guest Services by e-mailing ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com with your confirmation number to check that you will be ok to collect the tickets. If not, I am sure that they will be able to carry out the necessary alterations to your ticket order.
