    Love the panel!! looking at either Rain Forest or Dinosaur Resturant at Downtown Disney. Traveling w/ DH, DS 6 and DD4. Looking for a fun place to eat in Downtown Disney which would be better?

    Hi Amy,

    Great question!  My family and I just recently dined at both the new T-Rex restaurant and the Rainforest Cafe.  The menus are very similar, so really I would suggest that your deciding factor be the decor/experience that you would prefer.

    The T-Rex restaurant has super cool meteor shower every twenty minutes and the Rainforest Cafe has a thunderstorm at the same interval, but my kids tend to get a little nervous with the thunder.

    For my family, the highlight of the Rainforest Cafe is the fish tanks with all the beautiful tropical fish and coral and their favorite part of T-Rex was the life size animated Dinosaurs...we ate right under a T-Rex!
