Hi there Holly!
The Fall is a great time to visit Walt Disney World! I'm not sure if you are going to be attending Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party since it is an extra ticketed event in the Magic Kingdom. If you are not going to the Halloween Party, you will have to leave the park at 7:00pm so I would hop over to either Epcot or Hollywood Studios in the afternoon depending on what times the parks are open. I have listed below the Park Hours for your dates to make planning a little easier. I hope this information helps you with your planning and if you have more questions, please ask away, we are always here to help! Have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel!
