    Love the panel, I'm on here every day! I made our reservation about a month ago for Aug/10 at the CBR. Can I call back and request specific bldg now so as not to be too far away from Old Port Royale or is it too late? Do they even take requests? Thanks!

    Hi Ellen! You're not too late! In fact, you're early! :) When booking a Disney resort, the actual resort doesn't get the information into their computer systems until a week before your arrival date. While you can call and have a reservation agent note your request on your booking before then, it's a good idea to call the resort directly about 5 days or so before you check in. For the Caribbean Beach Resort, you would call 407-934-3400. Of course, requests are not guaranteed, but every Disney resort I've ever stayed at has been great about really trying to accommodate your wishes - they do want you to be happy after all!

    If you are looking for a building close to Old Port Royale, Trinidad North is going to be pretty close, in buildings 31, 32, and 33. Martinique buildings 25, 26 and 24 are also about the same distance. Across the water from Old Port Royale, the closest buildings would be Jamaica buildings 44 and 45 and Aruba buildings 51 and 52.
