Love the Mom's Panel. My husband and I would love to go to DL. Do you get a KTTW card like one does in WDW? Can you charge your purchases to your room if staying at a Disneyland Hotel? Don't want to carry a lot of cash whle at the parks. Thanks

    Hi there Annette,

I have to say that I am super excited to hear that you and your husband are considering a visit to Disneyland, "The Happiest Place on Earth."  As someone who frequents both Disneyland and Walt Disney World, I can honestly say that I really think you'll appreciate exploring the "first" Disney Park while having an experience that is unique to that of a Walt Disney World vacation.

Disneyland hotels offer their own version of a Key To The World Card called Keys to the Magic.  This card essentially works just like the KTTW card in many ways.  Your Key to the Magic will serve as your room key and can also be used to charge purchases to your room but your park tickets will not be attached as with the KTTW card.  I totally know what you mean about carrying cash in the parks.  Having the ability to charge to my room key is a convenience that I really enjoy and it makes it easy to settle my bill all at once on checkout day!

Please be sure to come visit me again as you begin planning this magical California adventure!
