Hi there - Love this panel! My husband has food allergies, so we're wondering if we can ship some non-perishable food items to our hotel (Pop Century) in advance of our arrival. Would the hotel be ok with that? Thanks!

    Hi Kristen,

Guests are welcome to ship packages to hold for their arrival. I do this almost every time I stay at a Disney Resort. Its one less thing for me to have to remember to pack and risk sending my luggage into the excessive weight category when I fly down.

Here is how you should address the package:

    Disney's Pop Century Resort
    1050 Century Drive
    Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

Please hold for Guest (your name here)
Guest Arriving on (arrival date here)

If I am checking in on a Friday, I usually ship my package on Monday just to be sure it is enough time to arrive before I do. When you check in, mention that you should have a package - they usually have it waiting at Check-In for you. If not, they will deliver it to your room shortly.

Disney is amazing at trying to accommodate many types of food allergies and other special dietary concerns. Click here for more information.

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
