Hello -- love your panel. My husband, children (5 and 2) and I will be staying at GF 4/25-5/2. We have reserved a standard room with a theme park view. Does anyone have recommendations for requesting a specific building/floor/etc. Thanks!

    Sara:

The Grand Floridan! You are traveling in style!

Because the rooms in the main building are all concierge rooms, and you'll have a standard room, you'll more likely be enjoying one of the three lodges that have a Magic Kingdom view: Conch Key, Boca Chica, or Big Pine Key.  The rooms on the top floor have enclosed balconies and can limit your view, however the vaulted ceilings in those room make up for that....if you'd like a full balcony, ask for rooms 72-, 73-, and 74- 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, and 21 (7 stands for Conch Key, the second number is the floor and the last number is the room).  Other choices: a first-, second-, or third-floor room at Boca Chica or Big Pine Key.

Keep in mind that Disney can't always guarantee requests, however, if you've asked for a Magic Kingdom view, I'm sure they will do everything they can to give you a memorable view!

    Wishing you a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
