Love the panel you have been very helpful. We have purchased the basic dining package we have a 2 1/2 year old and are wondering do we purchase her meals or are we allowed to make her a plate at the different buffet resturants?

    Hi Jennifer,

The rules state that a child under 3 is not charged at any of the buffet restaurants, but she is supposed to share off your plate.  You can ask your server when you get seated if its okay if your daughter gets her own plate.  Most won't, but be prepared that they may ask you to share a plate.

In any event, she can eat as much as she wants and its free.  I think going to WDW with a 2 1/2 year is a great bargain.

    Have a magical trip!!
