    LOVE the panel, so helpful. ? I want to take my kids to rainforest cafe but dont want to do the whole dinner thing, especially since RFC is not on the dining plan. Would it be rude to make reservations just for dessert? I would hate to take up space just f

    Hi, Gayle! I'm glad that you're getting a lot out of our Moms Panel...we certainly try to lend our expertise to help others enjoy magical vacations, too. My family loves the Rainforest Cafe, and whether it's the one at Downtown Disney or the one at the entrance to Animal Kingdom, we try to squeeze in a visit every time we're at WDW. You can certainly make reservations at RFC and eat whatever you like...no guilt necessary! We've taken up a table of six and shared a sampler appetizer platter and drinks after a day at AK and just prior to meeting friends back at our resort for dinner. We love the atmosphere and food, and our favorite dessert is the Volcanooooo!

    If you love RFC and haven't tried its newest sister restaurant yet, I would suggest the T-Rex Cafe at DTD, too. It's an amazing restaurant with a variety of food choices for carnivores and herbivores alike -- complete with dinosaur animatronics and a meteor shower.  Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!
