    I love this panel so much for helpful hints! We are planning a trip in just a few weeks at the Art of Animation Resort. I have read about requesting specific room locations or checking to see if upgrades are available. When should these requests be made?

    Hi Lindsay:

    I suggest making any requests as soon as you make your reservation.  About a week before check in, call the Resort to make any requests.  I would then also make your request as you check in.  It may help if you are flexible with your check in time and can wait until the right room opens up.  Disney will try to accommodate any requests, but it may not be able to do so, especially during busier seasons.
