    Love this panel, it is so helpful! My DD and I are flying in and should get to hotel around noon. I now rooms are not ready until 3. Is there somewhere we can leave our carry on bags and go on to the park?

    Hi Billie!

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so happy to help you get ready for your magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort with your daughter! When you arrive at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel, your first stop will be either the registration desk or the Online Check-In Desk. If you have participated in Online Check-In, you will able to pick up your welcome packet. Otherwise, the Cast Members at the Registration desk will be able to check-in to your reservation, get your MagicBand pin configured to allow you to charge to your room and set up text message notification for your room. After you are all checked in, you can head to Bell Services, where they will be happy to store your bags for you until your room is ready. Simply let them know that you are checking in and your room is not yet available and they will provide you a claim ticket for your bags. Then you are free to head to the theme parks for a magical start to your trip!
