Hi! Love the panel. Have heard that some pool view rms at AKL only have a very small view of the pool. We will be staying in a pool view w/bunks and would like a great view. Any suggestions? Like to be in above ground level rms. Loud? Thanks for the help.

    Hi there, Raymond!

Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is a gorgeous, sprawling piece of property, with not an unpleasant view to be found.

That being said, be aware that rooms are not assigned in advance. While your request will be honored to the best of the Cast Members' abilities, circumstances can arise that might result in your first choice not being met.

Make sure you note your room request - to maximize the pool view - on your reservation prior to your visit by calling (407) W-DISNEY and having a travel professional put your requests on file. That will certainly help.

While the pool view rooms are not necessarily loud, you will likely be able to hear some of the sounds of Guests enjoying themselves. And it will depend upon the pool you're near; Uzima Pool features a slide and a toddler splash pad, while Samawati Pool offers two hot tubs. It would make sense for you to request a room closer to Samawati Pool, removing some of the noise generated by little ones.

Again, the Cast Members will do their level best to ensure that all of your vacation requests are accommodated. You're sure to have a marvelous overall experience at such a beautiful, atmospheric Resort.

    Have a wonderful time!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
