Love this panel - it's a great help for First Timers! We arrive 4/26/2008!!!! Regarding the Magical Express. Does it ever close at night? We're arriving at 7:35 pm. If we get delayed (which happens), will ME still be available?

If only we could travel via magic carpet…

Disney’s Magical Express transportation service has you covered and this should be the least of your worries should a travel delay occur. The official hours are 6 a.m. until 11 p.m. but accommodations will be made for late arrivals and flight delays.

The Disney Welcome Center in Terminal B, Level 1 will remain open if any flights have been delayed. So you will definitely get a Magical Express ride to your Walt Disney World resort. As long as you have a reservation, they will be aware of your expected arrival.

You may want to claim your luggage at Baggage Claim. You can then place your luggage underneath the bus and you’ll have everything you need for your first evening.

If you prefer to have your luggage taken to the resort for you, simply affix your Magical Express tags before departing your home town. Once you arrive your resort, if your luggage hasn’t arrived before you are ready to retire for the evening, place a call to Bell Services and have them postpone delivery to your room until the morning. Just be prepared with necessities in your carry-on luggage.

Also, you may want to guarantee late arrival at your resort. If the resort knows to expect you late, they will continue to hold your accommodations.

    Safe travels!
