I love this panel! Family of 4 staying at All Star Sports last week of June. This is 7 yr. old son's first visit. We have ADR for Donald's Safari breakfast at 8:00 a.m. Will getting on a bus to Animal Kingdom take us straight there? Would a taxi be better?

Hello Christel!  First, I am so excited for you and your family!  Your son is really going to enjoy himself and what a fantastic treat that you will be dining with Donald at Donald's Safari Breakfast.

One of the great things about Disney, is that they are always ready to transport you to where you need to be.  The Walt Disney World Bus Transportation System recognizes that many guests have early breakfast reservations prior to any park openings.  For this reason, the buses usually begin running between 6:30 a.m. and 6:45 a.m.  You would simply walk to your bus stop and look for buses that usually say "Character", "Dining" or "Special".  I am trying to remember all the different signs I have seen.  Since your reservation is at 8:00 a.m., I would probably head on down to the buses between 7:15 a.m. and 7:25 a.m.  Yes, the Animal Kingdom bus will get you there, however,  I looked at the hours for the last week of June and it looks like the park opens at 9:00 a.m.  Buses start running one hour prior to opening for guests.  So, you will have to look for the bus that I described earlier.  Don't worry, my family has done this so many times and we always arrive with a lot of time to spare.  My advice is to save your money and let Disney do all the driving.  I always like to inquire with guest services at my resort one day prior to my reservation date.  They are always ready to offer some great suggestions on the early dining buses.

I hope this helps and I hope your son's first trip to Disney is magical!  Have a magical day!
