Love the Panel! My ? is about DQ. Is it set up like the park rides w/ ques (lines)? R there more than one of the same attraction? I read that not all the attractions are free w/ admission, is there a list & prices for the ones that you have to pay

    Hi Marci!

Thanks so much for writing to me!  DisneyQuest is a favorite for my family, and we include at least one visit during each trip.  As you probably know, Quest is an indoor, interactive, "virtual" amusement park with a variety of attractions.  Some attractions are set up similar to theme park rides with traditional queues/lines.  (Pirates of the Caribbean - Battle for Buccaneer Gold, Cyber Space Mountain, Virtual Jungle Cruise and Buzz Lightyear's AstroBlasters are examples).  Other attractions do not have "lines", but rather fill up on a first come, first served basis.  Animation Academy (classes where you learn to draw Disney Characters step by step) for example, fills up in this way in a series of scheduled classes held throughout the day.  Finally, the gaming equipment is available for anyone to use.  There are literally floors filled with games, so the wait for a specific one is generally short or non-existent.  There's even an entire section dedicated to games for little kids that are smaller than traditional "models" and perfect for little fingers and short legs!

If you are looking for smaller crowds, I suggest visiting early on a sunny day.  Quest tends to get more crowded in the afternoon and evening, when people are out exploring Downtown Disney and stop in for a visit.  In addition, because it's indoors, Quest is a popular spot on a rainy day.  We visited in April on a fair weather day, and nearly had the place to ourselves!  By the way, the restaurant has amazing cupcakes!

    Have a fabulous time!
