Hi, Kimberly.  Thanks for your encouraging words about the panel; we're so glad to be appreciated!  I'm happy to report that--based on the information you've provided--it looks as though you've planned a great lineup of meals around the world.  Not only are you staying at one of my favorite resorts, but you're also enjoying meals in two of my favorite restaurants: Garden Grill and Mama Melrose.  You've done a great job to ensure that you won't be spending too much time in restaurants, while still planning for enough meals to give you a nice place to relax and enjoy some of Disney's pixie dusted restaurants.  I think two character meals are great; any more than that and they might get a bit tiresome.  My one hesitation would be Crystal Palace; I'm not a fan of that particular restaurant, but I will admit that many people love it.  With that one exception in mind, I would say that your itinerary looks fabulous.  Enjoy your trip!

Meet the Panelist: Darcie, Alabama

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
