love this Panel!! Going to Disney for our anniversary & debating between Saratoga & Port Orleans Riverside? Stayed at POFQ last year & loved it! We plan on visiting Hollywood Studios one day, golfing one day, relaxing & visiting downtown di

    Hi Charlene,

It's always a hard decision for my family to make about which Disney Resort to stay at during upcoming visits as there are so many amazing Disney Resort hotels to choose from.

Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is located in the Downtown Disney Area as is Disney's Port Orleans Resort -French Quarter. The main difference between the two is that Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is a Deluxe Villa and Port Orleans French Quarter is a Moderate Resort hotel. In general, this means that there will be more amenities on offer and more conveniences in your Studio/Villa than you normally find in a hotel room.

An other significant difference you will find is its size - Saratoga Springs is a huge Resort in comparison with Port Orleans French Quarter.

I would recommend taking a look at what is on offer at Saratoga Springs and Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside before making your decision. Location wise, it will not make much difference at all so it really comes down to how much time you will be spending at your Resort and personal preference.

Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
