    Love the panel! Coming to WDW for our honeymoon. Staying at GF w/ Club Level service. Can they help us with dining and other reservations? Not sure what all is included w/ CL service. Wanting to have the best experience! Also, how do we contact them? Thx!!

    Congratulations Brian!  I am also from the great state of Indiana and love that we have so many great Disney fans here!  My son got engaged at Disney and my daughter got married there so there is a love spot in my heart for this destination!

    You have chosen a wonderful location for your honeymoon. The Grand Floridian is the premiere resort on property and elegant in all ways yet quiet and peaceful too.  I have stayed many times on the Club Level there and you will enjoy all the amenities that are offered to you whether you are in the main building or the outer concierge building.

    You will be privileged to work with a concierge team who will be glad to make dining and recreation reservations for you. I have found though that they often don't call you in time to make some of the harder to get ressies and thus I do suggest you contact them and get the planning started.  You will discuss you wishes and desires and then they will make all the calls leaving you with just the wedding to plan and enjoy.  They will want a credit card from you so if there are reservations that require a payment or a card on file this can be done easily by them. 

    You did not mention when you will be going but I would contact them 180 days out as that is when reservations can start being made by anyone.  If it is during a busy or holiday time contact them before so they are ready to help you on the first possible day.  Know what you will want and try to look over restaurant options and then let them offer their suggestions as well.  You can call the Grand Floridian resort at 407-824-3000 and ask to be directed to the concierges or itinerary planning office. Have your reservation number when you call.
