I love this Moms panel! We will be arriving on May 30th with 2 children and are staying at the Carribean. Can anyone tell us what is the best area/floor/building to ask for? Thanks!

Hi, Jodi!    I had the chance to visit Caribbean Beach a few months ago, and it was great!   The rooms are newly refurbished and the main pool area is a blast!

This is a very large resort, so with 2 kids,  I would suggest requesting a building near Old Port Royale (food court and main pool area.)    Martinique and Trinidad North are the closest villages to request.   I also like having a first floor room.   After a long day of walking, I always find a first floor room nice especially if you are pushing a stroller.

If it is a quiet room that you are looking for, Trinidad South is the village for you, and a room on the second floor will have less foot traffic outside your room.

While room requests are noted but not guaranteed, you can call (407)W-DISNEY and ask to add any room preferences to your reservation.    I hope you and your family have a fabulous WDW vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
