Hello. I love the moms panel. We'll be arriving in Disney on Sunday Sept. 26th. Since we won't get to our 1st park until 10-11am, what would be the best park to visit to avoid the longest lines?

Sundays tend to be a pretty busy day at the park as many guests arrive, like you, and join local residents visiting on the weekends.

Because of this, I recommend that you visit one of the two larger parks that Sunday like Epcot or Animal Kingdom that can handle the larger crowds that build on the weekends.  Epcot will be celebrating the Food & Wine festival the next weekend, so my gut tells me that locals who enjoy visiting Epcot may stay away the day you arrive, as they look to come for Food & Wine on a future weekend, and therefore, create smaller lines for attractions. Additionally, because Animal Kingdom closes earlier than other parks, and you are planning to arrive late, I'd recommend heading to Epcot on that Sunday to make the most of your day.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
