Love, love this panel:) We are going the 1st of Nov. & staying at Grand Floridian w/ DD's 8 & 6 and DS 4. Could you suggest a building that we could try & request. Also, fun activites at this resort. Very excited:) thank you:)

    HI Diane,

Your words are just too kind -- thank you.  It is really an honor for all of us to be able to help guests.  And you are staying at a truly beautiful resort.  One of the things I really like about the resort is that even with it being made up of different buildings, nothing is that far away.  We've stayed at both Conch Key and Big Pine Key and were happy with both.  I loved how Conch Key was just steps away from the boat dock.  While we liked how easy it was to walk to the main building and main pool from Big Pine Key, I do have to caution you that there are some rooms in this building (Boca Chica, too) that have views of a building by the pool.   So in a nutshell, Sago Key and Conch Key will offer you rooms without obstructions (I'm not sure what view you have reserved). Sago Key may also have views of the monorail, which can be fun. However, these are a bit longer walk to the main pool if that matters. Boca Chica and Big Pine Key are both in close proximity to the quiet pool and the main pool, but you might have an obstructed view if you've booked a garden-view.

When you check into the resort, you'll find a schedule of the various events happening at the resort; my sons have always enjoy the many pool side games and movies on the beach. Your children may also enjoy the Wonderland Tea Party and/or the Disney Pirate Adventure which can be booked by calling 407-WDW-DINE. You and your daughters might also enjoy afternoon tea; there is one especially for young ladies. And of course, there are some fun boutiques to explore!

Thank you for the question; please let us know if we can help again.  And have a fantastically magical trip!! ---Kara
