Hello Cyrane! Welcome to planDisney. We're so glad you've sent your question our way, and I'm happy to be your guide on this magical whirlwind of Disney vacation planning.
First, let's talk about
Disney Springs. A visit to this unique shopping, dining, and entertainment district is absolutely free! There is
no charge for self-parking and enjoying the atmosphere; however, if you are like me, you'll want to budget for things like snacking and dining. My favorite places to sit down and grab a bite are
The BOATHOUSE® and
Raglan Road™ Irish Pub and Restaurant. For tasty treats on the go, I like
Sprinkles and
Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop. I recommend taking some time to
check out the menus for places that sound interesting to get an idea of what to expect in terms of cost. Keep in mind that prices are subject to change.
Now for my favorite part of a Walt Disney World vacation - visiting the theme parks! Admission to the four major theme parks depends on the dates you plan to visit and the length of your stay. You'll want to explore
this website for theme park tickets where you will input the start date of your vacation and the number of days you would like to visit the theme parks. Then, you will see the exact cost of your tickets. You might notice that the more days you add to your ticket, the less you will pay per day. I know this "Disney math" has caused my family to tack on some extra days of fun to our vacations!
Once you have purchased admission, be sure to reserve your theme park days in advance with the
Disney Park Pass System. This booking tool is one of many new protocols in place to manage capacity and maintain health and safety standards during the phased reopening process. I encourage you to familiarize yourself with some of the
latest experience updates. My family and I recently made our return to the magic, and we were so pleased with everything Disney was doing to foster a safe environment.
I hope this helps get the ball rolling on your magical vacation, Cyrane. If there is anything we can do as your plans evolve, please come back and see us again. We're all ears!
