Hi Moms! Love the info! Is it possible that there may be rooms available at a resort even though they are not available online? If I wanted to switch from one resort to another but no rooms appear available online, should I call directly and who?

    Hi Ian,

Thanks for writing.  In my experience online availability has been the same as availability when I called the Disney Reservation line, but it's certainly worth a shot.  If you'd like to call to speak to a reservation agent about a particular resort, you can do so by calling 407-W-DISNEY (407-934-7839).  I'll keep my fingers crossed that a room is available at your first choice resort!
