Hi, would love info on the best hotel to stay for 2 kids who have never been. Do you suggest the park hopper? Is it your opinion that we buy the meal plan because it,s hard to get into restaurants? Traveling 9/23 - 9/27 I was there 30 years ago. Changes!

    Hi there Mary!

I believe that anyone of the Walt Disney World Resorts will be a great place for the kids. The first time My kids and I stayed inside Walt Disney World we stayed at the All-Star Movies resort. The kids had such a fun time playing with the large structures and seeing all of the different items around the resort. They really liked the pools and the dinning area.

On the other side of the money spectrum, we just got to stay at the Polynesian resort and the kids were just enthralled with the grounds, beach, and the Volcano pool. I would start with a budget and go with the type of resort you can afford.

My most favorite ticket option is the Magic Your Way Ticket with the Water Parks Fun and More option. If your kids enjoy going to the pool, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon will just make them as happy as happy can be!

I believe that the meal plan is a great option but it doesn't guarantee reservations at any of the restaurants. Making dinning reservations is still left up you by calling 407-WDW-DINE up to 180 days from your arrival date.

I hope you and your family have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort! If you have more questions, we are always here to help! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel!
