Love the idea of family dining, but except for Garden Grill I am having difficulty finding more. Please help. We are a grand gathering of 10 and counting the days until Nov 16th. Your panel has been so helpful! Thanks.....

By "family dining" I assume you are referring to the way the food is served.  Served "family style" means that the server will bring platters of food to your table and each guest can eat as much or as little as he or she would like.  Family style meals are also all-you-care-to-eat.

We had lunch at Garden Grill during our most recent visit and it ended up being one of our favorite new restaurants.  Other meals that are served family style are:

    -dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern
    -dinner at 'Ohana
    -Princess Storybook Breakfast in Norway

Meals at Whispering Canyon Cafe in the Wilderness Lodge can also be served family-style, but there are other options.  They serve up a popular skillet meal that includes ribs, chicken, shrimp, beans, cornbread and more.  If two or more guests seated at one table order the skillet, it will be brought out family style.

We've dined at all of these restaurants are haven't had a bad experience at any of them.

    Eat up!

Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
