Hi, I would love some help choosing between the Treehouse Villas at Saratoga Springs, Polynesian, and Wilderness Lodge. My husbands parents are coming with us. Our boys are 7, 4, 18 mo. The villa gives us separate bedrms, but trans from others is better?

    Hi Suzanne,

The Treehouse Villas at Saratoga Springs are fabulous, especially if you are into nature or want to relieve the dream that many children have of living 24 / 7 in a tree house!  However, in my opinion, it's location is not as nice as the other resorts you listed.

The Polynesian and Wilderness Lodge allow easy access to the Magic Kingdom -- monorail for the Polynesian and boat for the Wilderness Lodge.  If you plan to spend a lot of time in the Magic Kingdom then that will be a plus as you can easily return to your hotel room for a break, nap, etc.  There's probably no advantage time-wise with regards to Epcot, but it will SEEM to be more relaxing from the Polynesian, because you can take a monorail to the Transportation and Ticket Center, and then transfer to an Epcot monorail.

If you are worried about space, then I suggest you look into the Villas at the Wilderness Lodge.  Like the Treehouse Villas, this is a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) property, but you don't have to be a DVC member to stay there.  My family loves the Villas at the Wilderness Lodge; personally I wouldn't stay anywhere else on property.  I love the theming.  I love the food and the fun at the Whispering Canyon Cafe.  I love the boat to the Magic Kingdom, especially at night!

Good luck on your decision and write back if you have any more questions!
