    I love Fantasmic! at DHS. But I see that there’s a new nighttime show-Wonderful World of Animation. More Mickey! Will this show still be on offer in the new year? I can’t see any dates for 2020. Would love to know more about this... thanks!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It’s wonderful to see you again!

    I love Fantasmic! at Disney’s Hollywood Studios so much that we actually hosted a dessert reception there to welcome guests to our wedding when we got married several years ago, so I completely understand where you’re coming from! I’ve been torn during my last few nighttime visits to Disney’s Hollywood Studios because they’ve had some pretty neat projection shows lately, and the Wonderful World of Animation is probably my favourite of the bunch. 

    Because these shows change relatively frequently, it’s too early to say whether this show or another version of it will be back after April 2020 (that’s the latest date that is currently available). What I would recommend would be to keep an eye on the Park Hours as you get closer to your visit. Because these shows have been so popular, there’s a very good chance that either additional dates of this one will be scheduled, or there will be a brand new projection show lighting up the night sky.
