I would love for my family to see me run in the Walt Disney World Marathon. This is only our 2nd trip to Disney! Can spectators see the course from the ESPN leg of the course? If so, how do we purchase tickets?

    Hi Kristy!

Your race will be here very soon!  It is such a fun course, and I know you will love it!

Your family can view you at many different places, including inside the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex.  They don't need a ticket to enter, and the best viewing spot for there is inside the baseball stadium.

Another great viewing spot is inside the Magic Kingdom.  Spectators can enter the park and cheer runners as they come up Main Street USA.  They don't need tickets to enter as all spectators will be cleared of the park before it opens for the day.

My advice is for you to download the "Official Event Guide" booklet for marathon weekend.  You can find it on the Walt Disney World Marathon website.  Click on the tab "RUNNER INFO".  If you go to page 33 of the booklet, you will find a list of all viewing spots for spectators, what time runners will be coming through there, and how to get there.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.  Good luck at the race!
