Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Elizabeth!
I can totally relate to needing to create a budget in an effort to convince your prince charming. I have found mine is definitely more receptive when it's a race-cation. There must be something about the fact it's for a race - maybe because it's a vacation with a purpose.
I am happy to report runDisney updated Host Hotel information, including rates, on the website last night. Now, you can start planning your budget before registration opens on Tuesday! But work quickly! Races are selling out in record time and I suspect this one to be filled within a few hours of going on sale.
Here is host hotel information, along with rates. And don't forget there are specially priced theme park tickets, too! Another great selling point when you mention tickets are 30% off for race participants and their families.
