I'm with you. I also love Disney, and especially
Disneyland Resort, with all my heart. While I'm sure we'd both give anything to visit, I understand how hard it can be to make it happen. Let's explore some options to get you and your ohana there.
First off, let's check the
offers and discounts. I see that you're arriving on May 23rd, which is amazing because if you have little ones in your party, you can use the
Kids' Summer Ticket Offer to purchase one, two, or three-day tickets for kids aged three to nine years old. The value is really great!
With a trip of that distance, I'm assuming you'll purchase a multi-day ticket. If that's true, I'd suggest purchasing a
single-park ticket and thoroughly planning out your day, as opposed to paying extra for the flexibility of the park-hopper ticket. One day, one park means you've got to prioritize your must-do attractions, foods and treats, and entertainment, but it's really worth the savings. Check out the
Disney Mobile App to see all that the parks have to offer, and be sure to save time by
mobile ordering food so you can see and do all that your heart desires.
There is a smoking hot
deal on select stays at Disneyland Resort Hotel, but sadly, that offer ends on May 21st, just before you arrive. I'd suggest looking into one of the amazing options recognized as a
Good Neighbor Hotel. These hotels are near the park and provide a great value for their accommodations.
I'd also consider opening a
Disney Premier Visa Card, which has some great perks, including discounts on select merchandise and dining locations inside the parks, as well as savings on other Disney bookings.
Disney Visa Cardmembers also get daily exclusive photo opportunities inside the parks. While those discounts won't apply to ticket purchases, every bit counts once you get to the parks.
