I love disney caramel apples but they are difficult to eat, is there any shop at disneyland that can cut it up for you?

    Hey Jacqueline,

You and me both - a Disneyland caramel apple is one magical treat! I usually like to get one of the seasonal offerings, but sometimes you have to go with a classic Minnie. While these delectable sweets are adorable and delicious, it can be a real experience to find the best way to eat them. I agree, they are best enjoyed when sliced. In my experience, Cast Members will not cut these for you but will offer you a plastic knife so you can do it yourself.

Personally, I find that these are a great treat to take home with you at the end of a long park day to bring a little magic to your next-day Disney withdrawal. While you can find these in the parks at Candy Palace, Pooh Corner, Trolley Treats, and Bing Bong's Sweet Stuff, we usually stop at Disney Wonderful World of Sweets in Downtown Disney on our way out for the day and grab a few treats to enjoy at home. The caramel apples are easiest to cut when they are at room temperature, so I like to take mine out of the refrigerator about an hour before I plan to eat it. When sliced, they are perfect for sharing ... or enjoying all to yourself!

If you haven't experienced the new Wonderful World of Sweets, you are in for a ... treat! It's a one-stop shop for all of your favorite Disneyland sweets and snacks, including popcorn. They even have an exclusive popcorn bucket - Poppi! - which might be too adorable to resist the next time I stop in. Plan to spend a little extra time here, especially if it's your first time, as it has an exposed kitchen where you can observe the magic makers baking away. On the flip side, sometimes when our Disney legs are very tired, we will use the Mobile Order option in the Disneyland app to order our favorite treats and make it a grab-and-go on our way out of the parks.

Jacqueline, I can see you are just a few days out from your visit and many unforgettable memories. If you have any more questions, we are always here for you at planDisney.

    Magic awaits!
