I love this! Having breakfast with
Pooh Bear and his friends during your last day at
Magic Kingdom sounds like the most
Tigger-ific tradition! Woo-hoo-hoo! Tara, I wholeheartedly understand this because, like you, those golden, sweet-as-honey, delicious, and
oh-so-Pooh-tastic Mickey Churro Waffles are the perfect treat for a
rumbly in your tumbly! They may truly be the most perfect food!
“The wonderful thing about
Tiggers is Tiggers are wonderful things!” And the wonderful thing about
The Crystal Palace at breakfast is those Mickey Churro Waffles. As much as I wish these waffles were on the official lunch menu, they are only served at breakfast. Breakfast reservations are currently available from 8:00 to 10:45 a.m., and lunch reservations begin at 11:00 a.m.
But not to worry, Tara. I have some good news! On my last visit to The Crystal Palace, I had a very late breakfast reservation. I went straight for the waffles because, like your son, I didn’t want to miss them. The Cast Members assured me they would leave the churro waffles out long enough for everyone with a breakfast reservation to enjoy them. And sure enough, at 11:00 a.m., they began bringing out the lunch items, but the churro waffles stayed out a bit longer. Now, not to sound like an infomercial... but wait, there’s more! Your son deserves to enjoy his special waffles, so I’ll let you in on my best waffle tip! Drum roll, please! When they start serving lunch items, this means it’s time for ice cream! We took the last of our Mickey Churro Waffles and topped them with soft serve ice cream for the best dessert of your life! Oh my goodness, your taste buds are going to be so happy!
Tara, my best advice is to make your reservation at The Crystal Palace between 10:30 and 10:45 a.m. so you can experience both lunch offerings and the world-famous waffles before the changeover. It’s the best of both worlds in the Hundred Acre Wood, and you’ll definitely leave feeling like Winnie the Pooh. STUFFED in the most wonderful way!
