Hola, Adam, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you so much for strolling on over to see us with your question!
Wasn't Disney-Pixar's
Coco such an amazing movie? The visuals were absolutely stunning, and the story about Miguel and his family was so sweet. I admit it - I burst into tears at the end.
Adam, I bet you were as excited as I was to see that
Miguel was coming to Epcot! Miguel
joins his talented musician friends Mariachi Cobre several times a day just outside the pyramid at the Mexico pavilion in World Showcase. Miguel is the cutest little thing, and time permitting, you may be able to take a quick photo with him after his performance.
I just checked the
Entertainment schedule, and at the moment I don't see any times posted for Miguel beyond June 30. The original announcement said he would be performing this spring, but there may be more days and times added as the summer goes on. I'd keep checking the schedule as your vacation gets a little closer. You might also keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for any updates on Miguel's appearances.
While you're visiting Epcot, don't forget to step inside the pyramid and view the "Remember Me!" - La Celebracion del Dia de Muertos exhibit in the
Mexican Folk Art Gallery just inside the entrance. The colorful artwork and sculptures will remind you of the amazing visuals of Disney-Pixar's
Coco.
I hope this helps you plan a magical Walt Disney World visit with your
familia, Adam. Please come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
